Pitshanger Envelopes are different – we manufacture in-house, over half of the envelopes that we sell, giving us control over quality, as well as production flexibility. We have a unique production platform that delivers small quantities of special sizes in a wide range of papers, printed or plain.

We can custom make any envelope size in pocket, wallet or square formats in paper, card or board, white or a choice of 80 colours. We have a library of over 420 cutters and offer finishing options that include printing, foiling, colour lining, special die cut flaps, perforations, windows.
